From the moment we began our journey as Occupational Therapist and Speech/ Language Pathologist we have dreamed of one day being able to serve our community with our own practice. Trying to reach as many people as possible with our own set of core values to guide us and allow us to develop meaningful relationships with our patients and their families. To create a culture of service and have a positive impact in the lives of those we serve.

Melanie Pagán-Rivera, MS, OTR/L

& Co-Founder

Melanie Pagán-Rivera has been a Pediatric Occupational Therapist for more than 8 years. She has worked in early intervention, schools and outpatient clinics. Melanie has a Bachelor's Degree in Biomedical Sciences from the University of Puerto Rico-Ponce Campus, as well as a Masters Degree in Science in Occupational Therapy from the University of Puerto Rico-Medical Sciences Campus.


Certified by The National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy; she is a registered Occupational Therapist. In addition to her National Board Certification, Melanie is certified in Kinesiology Taping and as a Clinical Instructor. Melanie is a bilingual therapist fluent in English and Spanish has courses on neurodevelopmental treatment, play development, feeding and swallowing, Human development, among others.


A proud mother of two, Melanie knows first hand the importance of the development of skills at an early age that will allow individuals to engage in different occupations and live fulfilling lives. The main reason Melanie became an Occupational Therapist was to help people have the best quality of life possible within their abilities.


Born and raised in Puerto Rico. Melanie has never forgotten every stop in her journey and all the positive experiences that have formed her personally and professionally but more importantly that allowed her to be a better therapist.

Linnette M. Santiago-Piñeiro, MS, CCC-SLP

& Co-Founder

Linnette M. Santiago Piñeiro MS. CCC-SLP was born and raised in Ponce, Puerto Rico. She is an American Speech-Hearing Association Certified Speech Language Pathologist. Earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Biology from the University of Puerto Rico- Mayagüez Campus in 2004 and a Masters Degree in Science in Speech-Language Pathology from Universidad del Turabo, P.R. in 2010.

Linnette has been in the pediatric field for over 8 years providing speech services in the public and private sector. She is a bilingual therapist fluent in Spanish and English. Specialties include bilingual receptive/expressive language delay disorders, pragmatic language and early intervention. She also has experience working with a variety of diagnoses including Autism, Down Syndrome, Developmental Delay, learning disorders and ADD/ADHD, among others.

One of the reasons she became an SLP is to make a difference in the lives of children. Linnette enjoys educating parents on how they can provide and facilitate their kid’s language developmental skills in their natural environment. As a parent of a premature little girl and being an SLP helps her understand profoundly the struggle and the challenges every family experiences every day with their kids trying to communicate.


Outside of work, Linnette loves spending time with her family, watching movies, and eating her favorite dishes.
